Ron was a commercial lending officer with Allied Bank and Interfirst Bank for 10 years, prior to beginning his commercial real estate career with the Benton Gould Company in 1986. Ron joined McDade + Company when the company began business in 1992.
In 1995, Ron became the Regional Partner/Texas for RealtiCorp, a national real estate investment fund, where he was responsible for acquisition, development, and sale of commercial land parcels in the State of Texas. He has recently rejoined McDade, Smith, Gould, Johnston, Mason + Company.
Ron has concentrated in the brokerage and development of land during his real estate career. This has included all types of land uses from retail pads to master planned development properties. He has been involved in the brokerage and/or development of over $100,000,000 of property in the Houston and Dallas/Ft Worth metroplex areas.
Ron has been a board member of a municipal utility district in Harris County for over 10 years. He is currently a member of the board of alderman of the Village of Tiki Island in Galveston County.
