Daniel O. Perrier has joined McDade, Smith, Gould, Johnston, Mason + Company in 2004. He previously worked with the Meridian Realty Group, Inc., a full service commercial real estate brokerage company in Winston-Salem North Carolina. Dan, a native of New Orleans, received his undergraduate degree in business from Louisiana State University and has a master's degree in business administration from Loyola University.

McDade, Smith, Gould, Johnston, Mason + Company values Dan as a hard working, dedicated broker. He is actively locating, listing and marketing sites for retail, industrial, single-family and mutli-family developments.

Prior to becoming involved in real estate, Dan spent several years in business development and in sales. He excelled at both ShowCase Corporation, a computer software company, and Edgewater Technology, a national consulting firm. Dan brings with him to Houston successful client relationships that have been developed throughout the country.

Dan holds his sales license with The Texas Real Estate Commission and is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He is currently working on acquiring his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. He is a happily married member of St. Anne's Catholic Church, and the Briar Club and enjoys such hobbies as fishing, and spending time with his children.
