Bob‘s career began at Xerox Corporation in Chicago, where he consistently exceeded his sales quotas. He rose to the level of Sales Executive, earned President‘s Club recognition, and was later promoted to Sales Training Specialist at Xerox‘s International Training Center in Leesburg, Virginia.

With an outstanding record of accomplishment behind him, he relocated to Houston in 1977 and began his real estate career with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services where he earned the distinction of "Rookie of the Year." He was among the top producers when he left to join The Horne Company in 1982. During his tenure at Horne, he earned "500 Club" membership each year, and in 1985 he qualified for membership in The Society of Industrial & Office Realtors.

Prior to joining McDade, Smith, Gould, Johnston, Mason + Company, Bob brokered independently where he added to his list of commercial and industrial buildings, as well as land. He believes there is tremendous opportunity in all real estate markets for the broker who can see a solution to a problem or need that others have missed, and his success has been built on the effective application of this principle.
