Peter Mainguy joined McDade, Smith, Gould, Johnston, Mason + Company in 2006, teaming up with Ed Cummins. Peter specializes in locating and marketing land for investment, retail, single family, and multi-family developments.

He is a Strake Jesuit alumnus and graduated with honors from the Haas Business School at the University of California, Berkeley.

Peter holds his sales license with the Texas Real Estate Commission. He is an avid sports fan and loves to surf whenever possible.
