Jeff Lindenberger brings more than 6 years of commercial real estate experience to McDade, Smith, Gould, Johnston, Mason + Company. Since joining the firm in 2004 to work with Todd Mason, he has handled more than $175 million dollars in transactions and became a shareholder in 2007. Jeff is a native Houstonian and graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.B.A in Finance and a Master of Land Economics and Real Estate degree.

Jeff has worked with notable clients such as: Centerpoint Energy, The Lionstone Group, Industrial Developer's International, Victory Packaging, and The Metropolitan Transit Authority. Jeff also enjoys working closely with both institutional and individual investors analyzing and selecting various income and land deals. Jeff was named a 2007 “Heavy Hitter” by the Houston Business journal and was named McDade, Smith, Gould, Johnston, Mason's “rookie of the year” in 2005.

Jeff holds his sales license with The Texas Real Estate Commission and is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He is currently involved in the Society of Texas A&M Real Estate Professionals, Commercial Exchange as well as serving current board positions on the Woodbridge Municipal Water District and Hearthstone Home Owner's Association.
