Philip A. Lewis' real estate career spans more than 30 years. His experience base covers brokerage, consulting, development, ownership, finance and asset management.

Phil works both with private investors in the acquisition and disposition of assets, and businesses in the fulfillment of their real estate objectives. Over the course of his career, Phil has weathered strong and weak markets, and brings a unique collection of industry knowledge to the table when working for his clients.

His career affiliations include Hines Interests, Transwestern Property Company, Institutional Real Estate Services, Cushman & Wakefield, along with Lewis and Associates. His transactional background includes the brokerage of over $650,000,000 in real estate and his consulting experience includes strategic guidance on troubled real estate and creative marketing concepts for repositioning troubled assets.

Phil earned his CPA designation in 1983, and his CCIM designation in 1992. He served as President of ACRP, Chairman of the Galleria Chamber of Commerce, and Board Member of the Houston Marathon, Houston Chapter of the Texas Society of CPA's, Houston/Gulf Coast Chapter of CCIM and the ESOP Alliance Foundation. Phil serves in an advisory role to numerous businesses to include Gehrson Lehman Group's Real Estate Group.
