Kristen is a native Houstonian and has been around the Real Estate business for most of her life. She joined McDade, Smith, Gould, Johnston, Mason + Company in 1999 working directly with Bill McDade.

Kristen has spent the past six years working side by side with Bill McDade, absorbing his 45+ years of knowledge and experience as one of the most well respected land brokers in Houston. Kristen has a knack for researching properties, blanketing market areas for site acquisition and has developed a rapport with the Houston brokerage community, which is key in helping clients find the sites that they want. Kristen takes a hands on approach with the day to day operations of marketing properties and handling listings from the initial inquiry to the point of closing the sale.

Kristen has her sales license with the Texas Real Estate Commission and is working on getting her Brokers license. She is a member of Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women). She previously attended University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas. Kristen spends her free time traveling, learning the game of golf and keeping busy with her eleven year old daughter.
