Stephen Hausser assists David Schwarz in the locating, listing, marketing, and leasing of retail, industrial, single family, and multi-family developments.

Stephen graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.A. in History with honors, cum laude. His honors thesis addressed the topic of Texas, Real Estate, and the Savings and Loan collapse of the 1980s. On top of actively participating in the Sigma Chi fraternity and Habitat for Humanity while at Wake Forest, Stephen also completed a concentrated business curriculum while there. He also likes to spend his time with friends and family, whether it be traveling, watching sports, or hunting at his family ranch in South Texas.

Stephen holds his sales license with the Texas Real Estate Commission and is looking forward to the many challenges and opportunities which await him in Houston's dynamic real estate market.
