Carlos Bujosa began his career in commercial real estate in 1980 with The Horne Company, training under Bill McDade. He was involved in the sale of land and improved properties. In 1986, Carlos became associated with the consulting / appraisal firm of Trahan and Partners and later with Bullitt-Hutchins. His experience in brokerage and appraisal/consulting he has helped him to develop an expertise in valuation and analysis of land and income-producing properties.
In 1989 he formed Paramount Commercial Property Services, Inc., where he developed a clientele that included Texas Commerce Bank, First City Bank and the FDIC. He concentrated on land sales, and was involved in the sale of over 1 million square feet of improved property, mostly shopping centers.
Carlos joined the firm in 1998 and has been involved in the sale of land, shopping centers and office buildings. He has been involved in much of the commercial sales activity in the Greenway Plaza/Upper Kirby District area since the early 1980’s. His clients include JP Morgan Chase, U.S. Trust Bank of America, Whitney National Bank and various estates, investors and developers.
A graduate of the The University of Texas at Austin, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in Marketing. He is Vice Chairman of the 25,000 member Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) and is the Chairman of the Board of HAR's Commercial Division which operates the Commercial Gateway website, Houston's Commercial MLS.
Carlos is Past President of the Kiwanis Club of Houston, and is a past Board Member of the Kiwanis Foundation of Houston. He is on the Board of The Armand Bayou Nature Center Foundation. Carlos is a past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The Fay School and past member of the Parents Association Board at the Kinkaid School.
